Crispy Low Carb Crab Rangoon Quesadilla

1 low carb tortilla

1/4 cup crab meat, chopped

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp chopped green onions

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp butter or oil

How to make it:

1. Chop your crab meat and mix with the cream cheese, green onions and put it in your tortilla with mozzarella on each side.

2. Fold it, fry it in the butter or oil for a few minutes on each side.

3. Take it off and enjoy!
