Crabcake Bake

1 egg
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon old bay
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 Ib jumbo lump crab meat
2-3 tablespoons panko
1/4 c melted clarified butter divided
Mix the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon, parsley, and old bay. Gently fold in the crab meat. Add as much panko to hold the mixture together. Transfer to a prepared medium sized baking dish. Top with additional panko breadcrumbs. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter and transfer to 425 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve topped with clarified butter.
