It has done nothing all weekend but Thunder with great big black clouds, and not a drop of rain. We do have a few storms out there in the Atlantic that could bring a tropical storm but who knows. I have been trying to get into the garden for a few hours every day to get things cleaned up and start getting things ready for the winter garden. I want to harvest some of the Coxcomb and dry it for future use.

I went to an antique store and found some eggs there. One was broken and not on the stand, Not sure that it ever had been, but I bought it and decided to make a mosaic picture with it. The egg was done in Pysanky and was really nice. The stand will get used with one of my other eggs.

I am still painting and working on classes, as well as trying to quilt and do other things. I really want to take a day off, just myself and go to Cedar Key and rent a room for 1 night. and just read and watch the sunset. Then come home the next day. Doubt that it will happen anytime soon, but I can dream.
