Over and inch of rain yesterday which also cooled the temps down really good. I spent the early morning working on the rose garden, clipping bushes back, fertilizing, pulling weeds and deadheading the flowers. I have not been able to get outside to do these things, because of the heat. I am so ready for fall to get here with cooler temps it is not even funny.

There was a really nice halo around the moon this morning, and I think I got a photo of it. I saw two different sets of twin deer in the last few days, which has been really neat. One set is younger then the other, because they still have all their spots.

I also got two banana trees today and am trying to figure out where I want to put them in the yard or garden area. I hope that they will grow up to be tall and will give me some bananas some day. I also started to transplant some of my succulents and hope that they make it. I have been working on my class for that so hopefully I have some great ideas.
