Well so much for watching the lunar eclipse on Saturday night, Hard to see anything thru a rain storm complete with thunder and lighting. WE got almost 2 inches that day. so not really complaining. We have also had a hawk hanging out in the yard for several days. Not sure why, but I can usually see him/ her in one of the trees right out side the house.
I stent the majority of the weekend finishing up UFO.s and other projects that I needed to get done. Right now I am working on the biggest one and that is building a Hurdy Gurdy, which is a musical instrument. I hope to have that done this week.
I worked on quilting also over the weekend to the unhappiness of my back. So, hopefully tomorrow I can finish up some more quilts that I really want to get done. I also have block 9 of the Silver Linings quilt to do as well as several small blocks for the mystery quilt this year. It almost seems never ending but I know that it will all get done and I will get caught up.
Well, that’s all the news from the south,
