I do believe that Noah is coming. The tropical storm Christobal is heading up the gulf and we are getting rain. Yesterday we had 3.59 inches in 24 hours. And it just kept on raining yesterday. It is supposed to rain until Wednesday morning. I am not complaining, because I know that the Prairie here is loving every second of it as well as my pond and my gardens
I spent lots of time inside cleaning up a few desks and getting some projects done. I even got 11 pint jars of strawberry jam made. I also got some banana bread made. I finished up a few beaded earrings, and still have some more bead work to do. But I also am working on 4 different quilts this week as well as some embroidery and starting to collect some things for cross stitch.
But as usual, I have almost cleaned up too good, as I have put something somewhere, and I don’t remember where. And I need to find it. I really hate it when that happens. I also find myself struggling to find words that I know and can not remember when I am trying to talk to someone. I guess it is part of getting old, but I don”t like it.
