I am taking an ECO dying class to make a book from Eco Prints. I am enjoying the class, and can not wait to see what happens each day with the printing. The Book printing did ok, the first pages and the last pages have flower colors but the middle did not take, I think that I needed to steam it a bit longer. But today we used the Alum as a mordant to help set the flowers, My pages turned out amazing. I am so happy.

Tomorrow I am going to work on some of the pysanky eggs. I have almost have all the eggs that I did clear coated. and I am not working on making a dye chart for the different dyes. I have some that I am going to make tomorrow so that I can do some more of the eggs that I want to get done. I have also found some Christmas eggs that are already cut and just need to be decorated, so I am trying to gat some of those done as well.

It has been so rainy here that we can not get the tractors into the field to get the rest of the tree roots burned. Two inches almost every day and the ground will turn to absolute much. So we are now trying to catch some of the bigger Tilapia in the pond so that we have some good things to eat.
