First thing this morning, I took the dogs to the vet for their annual checkup. The older dog has lost 2 lbs which is very good considering that she will eat even when she is not really hungry. but otherwise super healthy, I find it hard to believe that she is 15 now. The younger dog who has Kidney problems. is doing remarkably well. She has not lost any weight, her hair is growing back and her blood protein is up to 8 from 3.5 and the rest of her blood work is outstanding. The Vet had said that she had a bout 2-3 weeks in Jan. But now all bets are off. I am not complaining.
I have been busy trying to do stuff today, but have felt out of sorts due to a shot that I got yesterday. So I decided to take the day easy and just not worry about getting everything done. I will do some bead work here in a few minutes for the rest of the night.
Tomorrow I will clean up this room and then work in the big shop in the morning and see what I can get done out there. I have several little projects to finish and I would love to get them done tomorrow. It would certainly help my attitude to get them done, so that I can then start working on bigger things.
Well, that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
See you next time down on the farm.
