It rained yesterday, not actually it stormed yesterday. really hard all morning, with lots of thunder and lightening. we got over 2 inches of water and the garden was very happy. Now to get the back porch cleaned off and washed down from all the pollen that we have had this past month. Everything has a beautiful yellow green tint to it. and I would love to see it a bit cleaner. I also want to pain the chairs on the porch and put seats in them, they look kind of sad right now. Today looks like it will be a really nice day to get a few things done.

I am still trying to get some things organized up in my room and hopefully today will be the last day on that. I have really worked hard on cleaning and organizing over the weekend, and just about have it all done. I need a few more notebooks so that I can keep up with papers, but on the whole it is not bad. I even managed to get some bead work done and organized more to be done. I still have some wire wrapping to do, but that should happen tomorrow if all goes well.

I am also setting aside time to finish up some piles of things that I have to do here in my room, that really need to get done. Once I get it all done, then things can be put away and will be organized. Then I will get started on all the stuff over in the shop, including all the quilting that I would love to see done before the end of the year. (and yes there is enough). The baby chickens are growing like little weeds and will soon need a bigger play area. I hope that I don’t have to put a top on the area, but you never know. Really looking forward to the eggs that we should be getting.
