I have spent some time thinking about changing this just to regular words. instead of music. Not that I don’t love music, but sometimes words need to be heard.

I have been doing my art journaling, and some bullet journaling, as well as other journaling, including my bible studies. and some times you find in doing some of the journaling that you have hit a raw nerve inside yourself without even meaning to. I find that when I do that, If i concentrate on that raw nerve, I can usually journal my way out of the feelings that I had in the past.

“Write it down on real paper, with a real pencil. And watch shit get real.” — Erykah Badu.

That statement really appeals to me because it is true. Alot of our lives could be turned into songs because of the real things we face every day. If you dont journal in any form, you really shoud get a nice travelers notebook, with several blank ruled insert notebooks and start writing things down, Things that happen during the day, things you find interesting, things that make you say What? It is a journey that you might find yourself enjoying. Remember to day the pages and keep the books because in ten years time you might want to go back and see what interested you .
