Today we were in Stockholm Sweden.  There are 3000 islands that make up the archipelago here and Stockholm is built on 14 of them.  There are tunnels and bridges that connect them together as well as water taxis, which also connect the rest of the islands were vacation homes are located.  Everything here is built on Granite rock.   98 % of the people live in apts,  most of witch are 350 square feet. and there are usually several members of a family in one apt.

There was lots of older architecture and the town was very organized.  There are wonderful parks though out the city and lots of areas for people to go fish.
