well, I can not believe that it is Monday already,  where did the weekend go?  It seems like I just woke up and the weekend is gone, and I did not see any of it.  I took some photos of flowers blooming in the yard, and I worked on an art project that I have been meaning to get done for some time.  I still have a bit more to go,  but I will get it done today.

I have two volunteer tomato plants and one sunflower plant,  which is blooming already.  IT is so cheerful to see, with the rainy weather that we have been having.  Some of the pepper plants are still growing and there are flowers on them, and new baby peppers.  I should have the rest of the vegetables this next week and the garden is ready to plant.  I still need to find some sweet potatoes for this year.  I am also looking for some bare root pecan trees to replace some that we have lost of the years.  I could use about 5 of them.  Then to get them to grow so that we will begin to get pecans back on the farm.

I am also getting ready to try some DIY projects  If they turn out I will post what I did on different Wednesdays.  I enjoy doing different art projects and learning new things. I still have lots of painting that I want to do as well,  so I am a busy gal.
