I had fun over the weekend going down to Sarasota with my girlfriend, We went down to a Miniture Show, and looked around to see if the items that we make on a daily basis would work in the miniture world.  I think we got some good ideas and have our first show in less then a  month.  So Now I have to work to get a few more things done.

I ma teaching myself how to tat and how to felt. I want to make some cute felted animals, and I know that my first ones will not be perfect, but I am certainly going to try. The tatting will also take me time to learn,  but it is an art that I am really interested in learning and so I wish to make several things for the house.  I figure that I will have to learn so that I can make them.

I have several other projects that I want to do and a few may end up here on the web site as small DIY projects that are easliy done and fun to do,   Right now I am doing some Envelope Journals and I hope to post pictures of that and directions on how to make them.  I think that the farm girls would love to make their own enevelope journal out of supplies that they already have.  So Keep your eyes open for some cute projects coming up on Wendesdays Words.

I hope this year to actually find room in this craft area to work and to get rid of excess items that I don’t want or use. and do actually do things that I do want to do with out all the clutter around .  Wish me luck.
