Saturday it rained 1.5 inches in about 4 hours.  we had two days of dry weather,  but all that rain made everything wet again.  Of course,  that will help the flowers bloom.   One of my old fashioned spider lilies bloomed for the first time this year.

I went to the Deland  miniature Train Show. over the weekend.  I really enjoyed looking at the layouts that were there. amd also found things that I could use in my craft work and how to make some things to use.   So it was a win-win for us.  as the hubby found some pieces that he had been looking for.

I hope to get some vegetables out of the garden today, and also some eggs from the chickens.  The cage needs to be cleaned. and we have started working on the dry stream bed for the garden.  Found a nice River Birch to plant next to the stream bed and add some shade to the front porch.

Got a list of stuff to get done this week, and hopefully I will get everything done.
