Tuesdays triumphs

The next day we went to the Museum that is located next door to Brighton Pavilion. Brighton Museum & Art Gallery is a municipally-owned public museum and art gallery in the city of Brighton and Hove in the South East of England. It is part of the “Royal Pavilion & Museums, Brighton and Hove”.

They had several interesting exhibitions going on there, which included Forgotten Faberge (shows several beautiful items from the faberge collection), The Jam ( Cover Stars) which shows a new and exclusive exhibition of original and iconic Magazine and Music Press covers from around the world that show The Jam throughout their amazing six-year career from 1977 to 1982. and Down from London, over a hundred years after their landmark exhibition surprised and delighted Edwardian Brighton, this colourful display revisits the influential work of the Camden Town Group. They also had a wonderful exhibit of furniture from the late 50-to 60’s with some very detailed pieces of work.

One other wonderful room contained the Wildlife Photographer for the year photos which were amazing in their diverse look at the amazing wildlife that inhabits this planet.

Well, that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
See you next time down on the farm.
