Happy 4th of July. I hope everyone has a great day. I can not believe that it is already the 4th of July. wow the year is just flying by.

I did more work in the shop today and also spent some time weeding the garden. I hope to have that done this week along with the new fence put up and the flowers in. My DH says that he does not want to work with his rose garden anymore and actually just wanted to pull all the roses out of it and I told him I would take care of it, so now I have one more thing to add onto the list. So now I have Two rose gardens to work with. Mine is doing great I need to dead head the roses bushes this week. Won’t take long.

I made some Strawberry butter and some Jalapeno jam and candied Jalapenos today. The jam and butter turned out great, and I have yet to taste the candied Jalapenos because it says to wait 5 days before trying.
