Mondays Musings

Well, I have a touch of something and I am trying to power through the day without going back to bed. I may got early to bed but I want to get the things done on my list. One of the things I am doing is added plants inside the house. WE have lived in this house for 6 years and my hubby always said no plants because of the cats. But I finally got tired of that so I bought a few new ones and have a few from before and I have placed them around the house. I now have a ficus tree that is a bonsai sitting on my desk and also some lucky bamboo on my side table. Downstairs there is a large peace lily and a paddle leaf tree in the living room. It look so much homier and comfortable.

I started working on a cross stitch project and just about have it done. It has lots of beadwork stitching. That is what I am not working on right now. once that is done it wont take long to finish that project. I did make a list for all the projects or at least most of them and got them all in my planner so that I could just keep working on something every day. Having it written down really helps me stay motivated and ready to work.

I saw as shelving unit at Hobby Lobby that I really liked and still want although I have no place to put it. There are so many things that I could do with it. but then I also have 4 rolling carts in my room that are super full of everything and they need to be cleaned out and they I could use one of them. One holds all my paints so that one will stay Two hold lots of art journaling stuff, Most of which I need to use up and the 4th holds my bible journaling stuff, which could stay as long as I don’t get to carried away with collecting too much more. I would love this room to feel more like a sanctuary to me to work in instead of all the clutter.

Well, that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
