I have spent the morning finishing up canning the sauerkraut. It looks good and tastes good too. I want to make another batch of it this weekend as well and get the orange marmalade made. and the rest of the pepper sauce. Then I really need to clean the big refrigerator and organize what is in it.

I have been getting rid of things in my craft room and it is beginning to look better then what it did a few days ago. I realize that I really don’t need alot of scrap book papers so they are going unless I really know that I will use them. Other then that I now have room for the eco-dyed papers and the books that I am making. That also gives me room to store other things.

My desk is a whole lot cleaner and even the bookcase is looking better, I still have a few things to work on, but they wont take long to get done and then they will be put up. I really need to clean the shelves up from some of the many things that I do and where I put them, But I am not sure what to do with all the stuff and I don’t want to get rid of it. So that is definitely a work in progress.
