I got up early and finish up a few of my bible studies and then cleaned up the beading area and another part of my studio. I am now getting the last of the cards out and setting up to do some art work this afternoon. I have a big class for next year, and I want to work on some of the ideas that they showed in the Taster class to get everyone ready for the year ahead.

I am also working on setting up my planner for the nest month and for next year. I hope to have lots done on it by tonight. I have some nice music playing in the background and I am enjoying the feeling of being very laid back. I have gotten a few new books for new year, I am going to stack them up in the bedroom so that I will get around to reading them. But I need to clear some old ones off the bookcase so that when I finish I have room to put them in. All of our book cases as so full with magazines and books that we don’t want to get rid of, but really how many embroidery books from the 1980s do I need to keep.?

I also have several painting that I would love to get done this weekend. I need to go to the Orlando area on Friday, but I still have the rest of that day and the weekend to paint. I think it would be great to start to set up my paints and just work.
