Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque

Ingredients
- 8 ounces crab meat
- 8 ounces cooked shrimp, cut in pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- ⅓ cup green onions, chopped
- ⅓ cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions
Over medium high heat, melt the butter in a saucepan
Add in the celery and the green onion and cook until they soften
Stir in the flour, cook for another minute
Heat the milk until it is warm
Add to the saucepan and whisk until all lumps are gone
Whisk in the Old Bay Seasoning, Salt and pepper, heavy cream and the tomato paste
Lower the temp, cook until it is simmering,
Cook until the bisque begins to thicken
Stir in the shrimp and crab meat, cooking until it is heated through
Top with fresh parsley for a garnish and serve
