Happy Labor day.

A wonderful weekend, with lots of stuff accomplished. and now getting started on this week. I did quite a bit of bead work and also did some napkinizing to make some fall projects. I rode my bike for 5 miles both days and I cleaned up the back porch and fed the chickens so far today. I will need to buy chicken food this week, those pesky birds are eating me out of house and home. but they have started laying, so i can not really complain as I love having eggs to cook with and eat.

I have lots of weeding to do out around the fruit trees and hope to get that done this week as well and the rose garden. I need to be up at 5:30 AM to do all of that, and sometimes I would just rather sleep in for a few hours. but this week I am going to try to be really good and get my self up. And try to get as much done as possible before the sun get too high up.

Also this week I plan to finish a project and never buy it again. I have a box full of the old loops to make potholders and I want to do that so that I can use them all up. So one night this week I am going to sit down and get them done. The frame can be used for other things so those I will keep, but the loops need to go.
