Well, I have had a very interesting time for the last few days. On Thursday just as I was going to sleep I heard a noise outside that I had not heard before. So I got a bit nervous and started downstairs to turn all the outside lights on. So far so good, until I decided to miss the last three stairs and proceeded to fall down the last three stairs. I wrenched my back really bad and caused my right hip to scream. 4 days later, it is still screaming.

I called the sheriff and two cars responded to the house and checked everything around the house and the out buildings. Everything was locked and secure. So I grabbed up my gun and went to bed.

The next morning, my friend Eric came by and I told him what happened. We walked around and checked everything again. While we were standing around just talking, Eric noticed that the gate for my rose garden was not fastened. Well, when we checked the sound of the gate hitting the latch, we were able to reproduce the sound. So all good that ends well.
