I had to attend a funeral this weekend and I really did not want to. I did not want to deal with my family or all the drama that goes with them, but I needed to pay my respects to Uncle Leroy . So I went.
I figured out the vine that keeps growing in my garden is a native morning glory the flowers are not as big as regular morning glories, but I have both a red vine and a blue /purple vine. I am going to let them grow in two corners of the garden. I am going to try to keep them under control and just have them there. But they do spread like crazy so we shall see.
I got out in the shed the other day, and started cleaning up in there so that I can try and get the last two pods off the property in December. The Friends of the Library has started taking donations on Thursdays so I want to get the books out as soon as possible. But right now I have 20 boxes of Christmas ornaments that I need to get to some antique dealer. ( ok not small boxes but large packing boxes that are totally full.)
Well, that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
See you next time down on the farm..
