i got overheated the other day, so spent most of he day recovering. So therefore, I did not get yesterdays blog written
Among the many things that I did yesterday was to watch my favorite tree company cut down 7 trees in my yard. Now, these trees were dead or dying, or had been struck by lightening, and the old pecan tree that I had planted when I was 5. and we are not telling how old I am but 55 plus years later, it was dying from disease, so it left too. That one hurt because i do remember planting 6 and it was the last of the 6.
I have started working on getting some jewlery done, as well as some more painting. Right now, I am working on a braclet and have two more that I want to do, along with a few pendents.
I am also going to work on getting three UFO’s unfinished objects done this weekend. Then I am starting on one of the quilts that I need to get done (also a UFO from 35 years ago) I am not stopping until I am done. So that should be most of next week. but at least I will have it done. Then onto a cross stitch project and another quilt, as well as that beaded picture.
Well, that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.

I hate seeing the trees go, even though it’s necessary. But then, I hate to see any trees be cut down. Plant more! 🙂
