Went to a train show over the weekend. You would think that there would not be a good turn out, but almost every table was sold and there were people there, all wearing their masks and social distancing as best they could ( Little hard at a show like that). but I found some more box cars for my train and was quiet happy with them I also picked up some back issues of N-Scale magazine to look at in my abundant free time (haha).
I have to say, that I have some rather amazing friends out there in the world. Many of the instructors that I have worked with , or even wished to take classes from, have been on Facebook or Youtube, doing free classes, or doing classes through Zoom. This people primarily make their money through teaching classes and so they are still trying to bring in some type of income. I have done my part by taking the classes, or at least going to their web site and down loading patterns and buying supplies from them. These are not just beading instructors, but also egging instructors. In this uncertain time of the pandemic, I feel that we should all support any small business that is in our community or even that we know about. So if you know of a small business that could use some help, try to help.
I am trying to learn how to use instagram better. I know how to go on and read everything, but I am not good at posting and I need to learn how to do that.
I also seem to have lost a few log-ins to groups that I am very interested in and I need to find those. I also need to finish up some things here in the work area.
Well, that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
