4- eggs
2-cups milk
1-cup Coconut
1/2-cup bisquick baking mix
1-1/2tsp vanilla
3/4-cup sugar
1/4-cup butter soften

Blend everything together with hand mixer till well blended you will see small chunks of butter and coconut.
Pour into pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake for 50 to 55 min. Check to make sure done by butter knife inserted in center and comes out clean.
