Caramel Apple Dump Cake.
6 cups sliced peeled, and cored apple (about 3 large apples)
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (15.25 oz.) yellow cake mix (tonight I used a butter pecan mix because it’s what I had)
1/2 cup melted butter
Place sliced apples in bottom of greased 9×13 baking dish. Pour caramel sauce over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss cake mix with melted butter and crumble evenly over apples. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
