I had a few  older cup and saucers laying around and I decided that I wanted to make a Jewlery holder for my kitchen that I could put in the window.  I decided that I wanted to make it taller then just a cup and saucer, so that I could use the saucer to hold items too.  so I went and bought a few cheap candle sticks and this is what I cam up with

 Have a cup and saucer and a candle stick holder, ( glass iin this case). 

Add glue around the bottom of the glass candle stick and place it on the saucer. allow it to dry.

Then add glue around the top of the candle stick holder and place the cup on it. making sure that it is centered. 

you can place your rings on the saucer and your watch or braclets in the cup.
