Wednesdays Words DIY

When I was making the coasters for the studio.  I thought about making some others that I could use also.  I had some small sea shells that I wanted to do something with so I used them in the bottom of  the canning jar lid.

I assembled the top of the canning jar by gluing the top into the ring using E6000.  I made sure that I had a good seal all the way around the top.

Then I added more E6000 to the top of the lid. and added the shells to fully cover the bottom.

After allowing them to dry for several days I poured resin on top of them to just cover the shells.   They were then allowed to cure for several days.

I hope you enjoyed this little project.
