Well, here we are the middle of the week. I have been going nuts trying to get things organized here on the farm. What areas still need to be bush-hogged and what areas have trees that we need to somewhat thin by taking out the dead wood. and yet leaving room for the turkeys to have an area to raise their young in. It is fine line between cleaning too much and having conservation animals that you need to provide for. I like to think that I am able to provide that.
All the citrus trees are in bloom and I will need to start getting the citrus off of them, I have lots of Meyers lemons and oranges and tangerines this year. the Mulberry trees are already setting fruit and the red-buds are in bloom along with the azaleas. I think that spring is really here.
I have organized my craft area a bit better, and I am now starting to get more projects done, But somehow I have managed to loose tow sets of directions for two different beaded items. I am now trying to figure out where I might have put them. Not a great feeling to know that I have no idea where they are.
Well, that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
See you next time down on the farm.
