Goodness,  that was a thunderstorm last night,  right about 6 pm  Came out of no where, and seemed to settle right over the house.   The thunder was loud enough that it was rattling the house.   Went top check on the chickens this morning and no eggs,  think that the thunder scared them to not laying.  And of course, the ground is so soggy,  that you squish when you walk.

I have lots to get done today.  Want to finish up some long standing projects so that I get them off my plate and then get started on some other things as well.   I do have the show coming up in September. in Ohio. so I need to be ready for that.  I  do have a few students for my class, so that is something else that I need to get ready as well as a class project for next year.

The weather is still overcast and probably will rain,  I am waiting on the tire company to come and fix the big tire on Brutus, our largest tractor.  and Someday I will get Big Red up and running again.  Hope to do that this winter.
