What a hot, wet weekend.  We have had massive thunderstorms every day, and well as hot hot weather.  I think it feels so hot because of the humidity.  I know that I find it very hard to work outside when it is that hot.

I did go out to Paine’s Prairie again and take some photos on the way home from church.  I got very lucky in getting a good photo of one of the neighborhood residents ( Mr. Gator) and some nice photos of a white heron, and a blue heron.

the sunflowers are blooming like crazy and the tomatoes are nuts I have tons of fruit to work with. and no I don’t mind because I love tomatoes. and I can not stop eating them.   The peppers are also growing like crazy. so that means lots of spicy chili for the winter.  Tomorrow I am putting up all of the paste tomatoes so that I can make good sauce for dinners
