There is nothing like cold weather,  especially the kind of cold,  that just sweeps you off your feet, and takes you breath away.  That’s why I love living in the south.  We don’t have that kind of cold weather.  But up in Rockford Ill, this past weekend they did.  28 degrees and wind gusts that literally went right thru you.  I braved the weather and did my  art show and came home to 80 degree weather.  Nice.

and then there is this little guy.  He is a yellow rat snake. and I guess he wanted to find a new home.  He is about 5 feet long.
