Wednesdays Words DIY

I had a really cute cup and saucer,  that was not really old or expensive and I wanted to fix it up to use somehow.    I saw this wonderful idea and decided to make a pouring flower cup.20180318_090629

I took the cup and added some E6000 to the inside where I wanted to place the holding stem.   E 6000 works better then  hot glue,  since hot glue does not really bind to glass or porcelain.   I allowed this to dry over night20180316_140935

The next day  I added some E6000 to the saucer and placed the holding stem in it once it had gotten tacky.  I then allowed it to dry,  while I supported the cup with a vase I had.20180317_125858

After It had dries.  I bent the holding stem so that the cup was balanced over the saucer.  Then I began to add flowers.   I started with adding leaves, then the flowers.  and this is the result.

I hope you have fun with this little project.

Well,  that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
