This is good over cream cheese, and crackers, or on small appetizers. or just anyway you would want to use it.
One batch of this makes 4 half-pint jars, and takes about five minutes to whip up. Really.
- 16 oz apple jelly
- 16 oz pineapple jelly (or apricot-pineapple)
- 4 oz prepared horseradish
- 4 Tbsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp ground black pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until smooth and well blended. Spoon into jars and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
