Peach cobbler with Ice Cream

-1 package Martha White Blueberry Cheesecake Muffin Mix
-1/4 cup sugar
-3/4 cup milk
-2 cups sliced fresh peaches or thawed, frozen peaches
-1/3 cup sugar
-1 Tbsp vanilla extract
-1/3 cup butter, melted
-vanilla ice cream, optional
-preheat over to 350° F.
-in a medium sized bowl combine 1 package Martha White Blueberry Cheesecake Muffin Mix, 1/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup milk.
-in a separate medium sized bowl combine sliced peaches, 1/3 cup sugar.
-pour 1/3 cup melted butter into 1 quart baking dish. Add in the muffin mix batter.
-pour peach mixture on top of batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
-let cool about 10 minutes and add a scoop of ice cream
