Meatball Sub Bubble Up Bake

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
1 (14 oz) bag frozen Italian meatballs, thawed
2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F and spray an oven safe skillet or a 3 qt baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cut each biscuit into 6 wedges. Arrange in baking dish.
Top with marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
Nestle meatballs in-between and on top of biscuit pieces. Top with half of the cheese.
Spray a piece of foil with nonstick spray and cover dish, sprayed side down.
Bake 30 minutes, remove foil, add remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes more. If desired, place under broiler for 1-2 minutes to brown cheese further. Enjoy!
