I took an Artist walk the other day and went to Ft King. it was raining off and on so I dodged the raindrops to spend some time walking around the place. I did not even know that this fort existed, but now I do. I want to go back so that I can walk on the nature trails there. I think one leads over to a monument that is located just down from the property and I would love to walk over there. But the fort was interesting, Built in the time of the Seminole Wars in Florida it became a landmark for that area.

I also spent the weekend painting and got caught up on my painting classes. I think I did a total of * painting and still have one to go. I am happy that I got that much done. Now to get caught up on other things because I have the Coptic book challenge starting tomorrow, and it runs for 5 days. I am looking forward to adding another book into my stash. And that does not include this months book. I still have several of last months book that I want to do as i saw some really cute examples of the book being done.

Now I am going to get caught up on another one of my art classes. I don’t have too much to do for that one, I have some paper mache birds to finish and one painting to do and then this months activities also. But I hope to get them done soon and then I am going to get caught up in my napkin art. I saw some cool things in the past few days that I would love to do and that would need to get done before Christmas. But that is not too bad since things are really getting caught up here.
