Shrimp fried Rice

Ingredients for rice

4 cups jasmine rice

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 of a medium sized onion

2 tablespoons curry powder

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2. 5 cups boiling water

Mix all ingredient together to make the rice

Actual fried rice Ingredients:

Cooked rice

2 lb shrimp

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons ginger paste

1.5 cups grated carrots

3 tablespoons cooking oil

5.5 oz scallions

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

3 large eggs

Mix the eggs, bell pepper, scallions, and carrots together and cook in a hot pan with the cooking oil. Then add the salt and peppers and ginger paste. Once well mixed add the rice and stir until mixed. Then add the shrimp on the top.
