What a weekend. I am trying to get ready to go to a bead retreat and I needed to have a pendant made for the gift exchange. I left my workroom for about 30 minutes and when I got back the pendant was no where to be seen. and there was a tube of beads on the floor. Now I had almost finished the pendant and was adding the edging and there for I had about 1 yard or more of fireline and the beading needle attached to it. I can not find it anywhere, but I think I know where it is and that is the Cat ate it. All of it. My DH and I have searched the whole house 4 times, checking under all the dressers, behind books, under all furniture and NO where to be found. This is not the first time for this cat to have done this. but she has never eaten a 1.5 inch by 2 inch pendant with a flower attached to the top of it. And yes the vet is on his way. Now I got to make another pendant. AARRGGHH.

We have had almost four inches of rain in the past 4 days and it is thundering and raining now. Think we are going to meet out monthly quota this month, Over 7 inches for the month and all in the last two weeks. I am not complaining because we need the rain to keep the water table up. The pond in the back is really doing good and I have heard that we have a set of whistling ducks with babies back there. I hope to get a photo of them tomorrow.

I have been trying to get some PDF’s written and I can tell you that is not my strong suit. I can write, but I never get all the information in the document so my DH has been helping me, but does not necessarily understand the terminology that I am using and by the time he gets it translated, it does not say what I want it to say. I am about to give up.
