Wednesdays words

Well,  I had thought about getting up early and watching the eclipse,, but at 430 this morning,  it was too cold to go sit outside and watch anything. so I went back to sleep for a few hours.

Pinks,  I saw the first Pinks today.  At Least that is the childhood nickname for the Fl wildflowers that grow in this area.  They are actually wild Phlox and range in color from purple pink to  pink to white and some reds.  They will grow in mass along the roadside.  Usually I don’t see them until the beginning of March,  but I actually saw a few blooming today,  and there was frost on the ground again this morning.  and the azaleas have started to bloom too.

Well,  that’s all the news from the south,
Happy” farming” to all the farm girl sisters out there.
See you next time. down on the farm.
